Terms of Service

Guess Jam is a browser-based party-game service. You may play as a guest or create an optional account. You are responsible for activity performed through your browser, room token, or account and for keeping private credentials secure.

You may use Guess Jam only where lawful and in a way that does not harm other players, the service, or its infrastructure.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, room authority, scoring, or security protections. Do not probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, expose private room or account tokens, or use player names and submissions to harass others or violate their rights.

Hosts and players control what they enter into a room. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information. Online room participants can see names, answers, scores, and other game state that the mode is designed to share.

An account is optional. Guess Jam may refuse, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect players, comply with law, or address abuse. Features, question sets, limits, and availability may change. The service may experience maintenance, outages, or data loss.

Google Sign-In is governed by Google's terms in addition to these terms. Other third-party features, including analytics, hosting, browser speech recognition, and optional AI services, are governed by their providers' terms.

Guess Jam's software, visual design, question sets, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms permit personal use of the service; they do not transfer ownership or permit you to copy, sell, scrape, or redistribute substantial service content.

You remain responsible for names, answers, group content, and other information you submit and must have the right to submit it. You give Guess Jam a limited permission to process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate rooms, results, groups, and leaderboards. If you send feedback, you allow Guess Jam to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

Scores, levels, achievements, and leaderboards are for entertainment. They have no cash value and do not create a right to a prize. Guess Jam does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Guess Jam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No promise is made that every answer match, score, voice feature, online room, or third-party service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Guess Jam is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

The Privacy Policy explains the service's data practices and is part of these terms. Terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
